Several sectors have recently concluded a collective labour agreement (CLA) on connection/disconnection arrangements. Where such a sectoral CLA exists, the company in that sector is exempt from concluding a company CLA. Companies (with at least 20 employees) examine how to implement the sectoral CLA as part of their policy on well-being at work.
